Apologies to everyone for disappearing with hardly a word, but I shot off to Glasgow for the weekend to prepare for my moving there next Monday.

I'm afraid I'll still be away for a while longer. Virgin Media isn't being as quick and efficient as they should be, so I'm still internetless at home. Never thought it'd happen to me, but I guess Sith happens. I'm pressing Virgin as hard as I can, so hopefully I'll get results before June gets here, because I've been busy during my forced absence. I think this report caught everything, but I can't be sure with so many emails flooding my inbox.

Those of you who hang around on IRC probably know that I had a flatwarming party last night. It was a resounding success:
1 door lock broken
2 wine glasses broken
27 beers remaining(out of about 100)
1 Bacardi Breezer(out of three or four)

We also consumed a bottle of Jack Daniels, one of tequila(viva la mexicana!), one apple sourz, two vodka and a few more. Needless to say, it was an excellent night - probably not up to par with a GERLM, but still good fun nevertheless. Especially since the hour before I finally crashed does not exist in my memory.

Well, activity's been really low lately, what with nobody participating in GG4 or the Colonel's First Gun. The ladders have become quiescent and GE participation in the ICTE is virtually all from the Navy.

Well, I've signed myself up to several ladders - JO, GB and RC. I will also be adding BF2 to that list, as soon as it arrives and I get my BCC. This means that I will have all the platforms of the Brigade's units and you should all come play me. In fact, next week should see a few competitions come out for you guys and maybe those suckers over in the First Brigade as well.

Oh, I dug XWA out of my boxes, by the way. I still suck at it, but I sent three sims in to MGN Branet, will report my scores next week.

As you can see, I have performed excisions on my report template, including the roster portion from this report and getting rid of the stale competitions list. It was a load of text that nobody actually read and distracted people from what was important.

Yes, I know the recurring competitions page isn't uploaded yet. It will be and just lists the ICTE, Ladders, Combat Chamber, etc.

I would like to commend both SSG Hunter and CPL Lalos for playing matches on the JO ladders. Keep going... maybe one of you can break my streak on it, which goes back to Winter 2006, an impressive(even if I do say so) six rounds in a row.

Apology

To my brigade and the entire army,

I apologize for not sending in a report for several weeks. I wish I could pin the blame on something else, however, the only cause for me not sending in a report is laziness. I could have sent out a report each week since my last one, but I was lazy and the sunday it was supposed to be issued I decided to wait till the next day. Day after day went by untill now and no report was issued. I will not let this happen again! There will be a report coming out, on time, this Sunday, and never will I allow such a long gap between reports.

Monthly Officers Meetings



On the first Saturday of each month we have an officers meeting on our IRC network. All officers are invited to attend and access to IRC is free and can be downloaded or accessed via web browser. Please come as often as possible. You'll be glad you did!


Activity



It is the duty of an officer to report in to his CO and XO at least once a week. Please don't fail to do so. COs and XOs please send me a report once a week as well.
